Middle Aged and Living Well

Thanks to Facebook, I have been able to connect with many high school friends, many of which I haven’t seen for over 30 years.  The first interaction was generally catching up with our lives over the last 30 plus years. Through my Tweets, Facebook posts and links to my website, many of my classmates noticed that I like to cook.  In return, I learned of many of my classmates hobbies and activities.  Now with the generalities and niceties over, some of the name calling, teasing and other fun harassment, that was part of the fun of high school life, seems to not have missed a single beat.   Then I received this video.

Doesn’t matter if you agree or disagree with his political reviews, its looks like my old friend can cook. So in repsonse to his throwdown challenge, I give you Carnitas.
